I've recently began conditioning my knuckles, hands, and wrists for self defense. After years of competing in Muay Thai and boxing, I noticed a few bad habits with my fists when punching. I still cringe when I see people hitting a heavybag bare knuckle, with the skin cracked and bleeding. So I decided to build a knuckle hardening program and share it with this easy-to-follow guide.
CAUTION: knuckle conditioning can be a risky activity. It is your choice if you wish to partake — not mine! This guide is meant to prevent people from doing it incorrectly (i.e. punching brick walls!).
