Use this Drill to Increase Your Punch Speed in 2 weeks!

Train with me in Singapore this August:
Here's a great isolation drill to improve the speed of your jab and straight punches. This point of this exercise is to develop the muscle from the shoulder down, so that you can "snap" your punches faster! This way, when you do spring off the ground using your leg muscle, and rotate your hips, the punch itself be super quick!
