How did we get our start?
Being a family of very active athletes, we decided to start a venture into the world of fitness products. We started with some simple latex resistance bands, and plan to grow out product catalog to meet the needs of our GuardianFit Fam!

5 Different Resistance Levels: Our resistance bands set includes 5 bands with different resistance levels, extra light (10lbs), light (15lbs), medium (20lbs), heavy (30lbs) and extra heavy (40lbs). Using more than one band at a time, you can stack up to 115lbs in resistance. Use independently or while performing other workout movements like squats, lunges, deadlifts, or for therapy/recovery exercises.
Versatile Exercise Options: These resistance bands can be used for a wide range of exercises, including Pilates, yoga, stretching, strength training, booty workouts, and more, making them perfect for both men, women and children. Keep in your gym bag for a quick warmup or a resistance multiplier. Great to warming up prior to sporting events like soccer, baseball, volleyball and more.
